Celebrities Targeted in Nude Photo Hack Sue Google For Not Removing Images Fast Enough

'Since the photos and videos first started appearing online during Labor Day weekend in late August, Singer’s firm Lavely & Singer has been sending notices to website operators and hosting services, including Google, asking for the images to be removed.

Google has not taken down the images quickly enough, violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Singer wrote. The law requires internet service providers and web hosting firms act “expeditiously” to remove images that infringe on copyrights.'
